Tomato Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. peeled plum tomatoes, deseeded
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. powdered ginger
    2 tsp. curry
    1 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Simmer for 2 hours or until most of the liquid is gone.
    This is also a great dressing for sandwiches.
