Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. dried beans
6 c. water
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
2/3 c. molasses
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dried mustard
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves
black pepper to taste
Preparation
-
In a crock-pot (no heat), soak beans in water overnight.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook on low heat for 11 to 12 hours or high heat for 4 to 5 hours.
