King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cooked, boned and cut in pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    8 oz. tortillas
    broth from chicken or canned broth
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    garlic salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onion and pepper.
    Layer alternately with tortillas which have been dipped in broth to soften in a shallow 3-quart greased casserole dish.
    Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with chili powder and garlic salt.
    Combine soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes and spoon over this mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
