White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. pecans
    1/2 lb. pineapple (candied)
    1/2 lb. cherries (candied)
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. regular flour (plain)
    2 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Eggs should be added one at a time, beating slowly.
    Add to mixture the vanilla and 2 cups cake flour (sifted).
    In a separate bowl mix pecans, diced cherries and pineapple with 2 cups of regular flour.
    When well mixed, pour into other mixture.
    Add coconut and stir until well mixed.
    Pour into two loaf pans and cook at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours with pan of water underneath.
    Take water out and cook 30 minutes longer.
