Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 beaten egg
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sharp processed American cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain thoroughly.
    Blend soup, cheese and egg.
    Add mayo and milk; stir in broccoli.
