Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt (less, if desired)
    3 c. water or milk or 6 Tbsp. dry milk and 2/3 c. water
    vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in liquid.
    Dough may be sticky.
    More flour can be worked in as dough is kneaded for about 3 minutes.
    Allow to stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Cover with cloth or plastic wrap.
    Divide dough into 15 pieces.
    Flour your hands.
    Make each piece into a 3-inch round.
    Cover again for 10 minutes.
    Fry in 2-inches of oil to 340\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 in frypan or skillet, about 1 minute on each side.
    Drain on paper towel. Serve with cinnamon and sugar or any jam.
