Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box cooked penne
    1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    6 oz. fresh Mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
    1 can white cannellini beans, drained
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    6 basil leaves, torn in small pieces
    1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss cooked, drained penne in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Combine remaining olive oil, tomatoes, cheese, beans, vinegar, basil, parsley and season.
    Add to pasta and toss.
    Add a little extra oil and vinegar, if necessary.
