No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up and trimmed
2 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cans water
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Mix rice with a cup of water.
Spread in a roasting pan. Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Cover.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours and don't peek.
