Skillet Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can chunky tomatoes with onions and peppers
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Sprinkle both sides of pork with salt and pepper. Cook pork about 5 minutes, turning once until brown. Mix remaining ingredients. Add to skillet. Heat to boiling and reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until pork is tender.
