Meat Loaf With Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 1/2 cup of the soup, beef, onion, crumbs and egg.
In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, firmly shape into an 8 x 4-inch loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove meat loaf from oven; pour off fat.
Turn oven to 450\u00b0.
Prepare mashed potatoes.
Spread over meat loaf.
Bake 15 or 20 minutes until potatoes just begin to brown.
