Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. boneless beef sirloin (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
dash of pepper
6 oz. fettuccine
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. onion, wedged
1 c. green pepper, in 1-inch cubes
2 1/2 c. tomatoes, in wedges

Partially freeze beef; thinly slice across grain into bite size strips.
