Hearty Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    3 green onions, diced
    water
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    crumbled bacon bits
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and onion in a very small amount of water.
    Do not drain.
    Lower heat to simmer.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and 1 cup milk.
    Add to hot vegetables and stir well.
    Add 2 cups milk and simmer until thickened and hot.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Garnish with crumbled bacon.
    Will serve 6.
