Sheep Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. finely grated Swiss cheese
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1 small onion, minced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
    1 envelope vegetable soup mix
Preparation
    In food processor, mince onion and water chestnuts.
    Add spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and Swiss cheese.
    On platter, cut center of bread out to leave a 2-inch crust around.
    Place dip mixture in hole.
    Cut center of bread into cubes and arrange around crust.
    Serve and dip bread pieces in dip.
