Crab Supper Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 to 1 1/2 c. boiled crabmeat
onion flakes
3 beaten eggs
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of nutmeg
1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pie crust.
Top with drained crabmeat.
Sprinkle with onion flakes.
Combine eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel, mustard and nutmeg.
Pour over pie and top with almonds.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until pie is set.
Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
