Macaroni With Spinach And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. cooked spinach
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 c. cooked ham
Preparation

Chop the seasoned spinach,
press
into a buttered ring mold. Place in a pan of
hot
water to keep hot until serving time. Make white sauce
by melting butter, blending the flour into it, and adding milk
and seasoning.
Add ham chopped fine to the white sauce.
Remove
spinach
to platter surrounded by macaroni and fill center with creamed ham.
