Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Place frozen hash browns in a greased 3-quart baking dish. Top with melted margarine, salt, pepper and onion.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Spread over potatoes.
Place the grated cheese over the top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
