Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar (level)
    1 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal (optional)
    4 whole eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal together.
    Add eggs, milk, lemon juice, lemon peel and melted butter or margarine.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into unbaked deep 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until custard is done.
