Coney Island Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 c. loosely packed young dandelion greens, washed and cleaned
    4 slices bacon
    4 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
    1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
Preparation
    Wash the greens thoroughly and place in a large or individual bowls.
    Fry the bacon in a skillet until crisp.
    Crumble into small pieces.
    Top greens with sliced, hard-boiled eggs.
    Pour Hot Bacon Dressing over the salad and top with chives and bacon.
