Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
1 pkg. roll Jimmy Dean sausage
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. garlic (dry)
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. basil leaves
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
12 oz. lasagne noodles
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook meat and sausage; drain.
In blender, mix whole tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, oregano and basil.
Add to meat mixture.
Bring to boil and lower heat to keep warm.
Boil lasagne noodles until done.
Drain.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, layer meat mixture, noodle, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Top layer should be meat mixture, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
