Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken
    celery stick
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 pkg. broccoli
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayo
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. grated Velveeta
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Boil chicken with celery stick, basil and butter.
    Debone chicken when cooled and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with 2 packages broccoli.
    Mix together the cream of chicken soup, lemon juice, sour cream, mayo, Parmesan cheese and Velveeta; pour on top of chicken/broccoli mixture.
    Cover with stuffing; dot with butter. Cover pan with foil.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0; uncover and brown for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
