Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium eggplant, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 can Hunt's Italian style tomato sauce
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Boil eggplant, brushed with olive oil, until tender.
Pour in tomato sauce.
Sprinkle on cheeses.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread and tossed salad.
