Steak With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round of beef steak
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Pound beef slightly.
    Brown on both sides in butter and margarine.
    Spread with sour cream; sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
