Louisiana Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. celery salt, black pepper and ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3 lb. stew beef
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 c. tomatoes
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. water
    onion to taste
    1 pkg. carrots, cut in chunks
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Combine flour, celery salt, black pepper and ginger and add garlic salt.
    Sprinkle over stew beef and brown in bacon fat.
    Add tomatoes, red wine vinegar, molasses, water and onion.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Add carrots and cook until tender.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 6 to 8.
