White Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoe Peg Corn
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 medium onions, sliced
    6 strips bacon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon and drain on paper towel.
    Saute onions in bacon grease.
    Drain corn, adding salt and pepper.
    Stir in onions, bacon grease and sour cream.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with crumbled bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
