Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    parsley
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
    12 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake several potatoes one day.
    The next day, grate potatoes. In loaf pan, put potatoes, soup (any kind of cream soup) and cheese; repeat, ending with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
    This can also be used with leftover mashed potatoes.
