Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown onion in salad oil; add tomatoes.
    Place half the zucchini in buttered 2-quart baking dish.
    Add half the tomato mixture; add half the bread crumbs.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (I added shredded sharp cheese.)
