Swedish Baked Rice And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. butter
    1 c. water
    3 large carrots, grated
    1 c. water
    3 eggs
    3 c. milk (skim)
    2/3 c. sugar
    nutmeg and salt to taste
Preparation
    Bring rice and water to a boil.
    Remove from heat and let stand covered about 10 minutes.
    Grate carrots and simmer until partially cooked.
