Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2/3 c. flavored bread crumbs
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1 green or red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck, onion, bread crumbs, salt and milk.
    Shape into balls and brown in oven at 375\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat on stove.
    Add slices of pepper.
    Add meat balls to saucepan and simmer for approximately 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
