Basic Sauce For Wok Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. sherry
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Blend in water, soy sauce and sherry.
    Use on meat and/or vegetable combination.
