Ham And Cheese Chicken Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices Prosciutto or ham
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Place 1 slice of Prosciutto or smoked ham and 1 slice of cheese on each flattened chicken breast.
    Fold in half.
    Secure with wooden toothpicks or small skewers.
    In a large frying pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat.
    Add chicken and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side.
    Add wine and simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove to a serving platter, discard picks.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Very good and easy.
