Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 small jar mushrooms, drained
    1 chopped medium onion
    8 or 9 flour tortillas
    grated Longhorn Colby-Jack cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix first 5 ingredients together; spread a layer on bottom of casserole dish.
    Spread a large spoonful into each tortilla and roll up.
    Arrange in dish, one at a time.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
