New England Turkey Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. turkey broth or chicken bouillon
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
    2 c. 2% milk
    1/4 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    In a 5-quart saucepan, saute celery and onion in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat until tender and crisp.
    Add broth, potatoes, salt, cayenne and pepper.
    Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low when mixture is at a simmer.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Stir in turkey.
