Mexican-Style Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
    1 c. reduced cholesterol liquid eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. chopped roasted red pepper
    1/3 c. chopped scallions
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir until blended.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes or until set.
    Makes 6 servings.
