Starburst Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
    1 c. carrot slices, partially cooked
    1 1/2 c. zucchini slices
    1 c. mushroom slices
    1/2 c. ripe olive slices
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Arrange lettuce wedges in salad bowl.
    Combine carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and olives.
    Toss lightly.
    Place over lettuce wedges.
    Chill. Combine sour cream and dressing, mixing until blended.
    Serve with salad.
    Makes 6 servings.
