Red Skinned Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. red skinned potatoes, boiled and cubed
3 stalks chopped celery
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped red onion
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
2 c. mayo/salad dressing
Preparation

Toss together cooked cubed potatoes, celery, onions, peppers. In separate bowl blend mayo or salad dressing, milk, salts and seasonings.
Add sugar, vinegar, and whisk until smooth.
Pour over potatoes and gently mix until coated. Serve warm or chilled. Garnish with fresh parsley or sprinkle
with paprika. Makes 6 or 8 servings.
