Mardelle'S Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
3 bananas, mashed
Preparation

Cream together sugar and butter. Whip whites and set aside. Add yolks to sugar and butter (fold in).
Dissolve soda into buttermilk. Fold into creamed ingredients.
Fold in flour, nuts, raisins and bananas.
Lastly, fold in egg whites.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in loaf pan.
