Blueberry Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make well in center. Combine buttermilk and next four ingredients.
    Add to flour. Stir until dry ingredients are moist.
    After spooning into muffin pans, sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Contains 153 calories each.
