Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak, trimmed and partially frozen
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. m.s.g.
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Slice beef across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Place in shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Lay beef strips on rack.
Set over an aluminum foil-lined baking pan.
Prop oven open with pencil.
Bake 8 to 12 hours at 150\u00b0.
