Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (4 or 5 large sweet potatoes)
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    miniature marshmallows to cover top
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes with skins on until soft.
    Peel and put through food mill.
    Add sugar, salt, melted butter and milk.
    Beat eggs well and add to mixture.
    Pour in 2-quart buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, putting marshmallows on top for last 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
