Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3 lemons (juice)
1 lb. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Beat eggs, juice and sugar.
Cook in top of double boiler until thickened, stirring frequently.
Add butter and remove from stove.
