Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix butter, 1 cup flour and powdered sugar.
Pat in bottom of 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 15 minutes.
Stir granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder.
Add eggs and lemon juice.
Spread over crust.
Bake 25 minutes longer. Frost with powdered sugar and lemon juice frosting.
Cut in small squares.
