Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. white sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice. Stir together remaining ingredients. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread on a greased and floured 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn out on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, then roll cake and towel together. Let cool about 5 minutes. Unroll and cool to touch.
