Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 carrots
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Dice carrots. Cook until tender, but not too soft. Make white sauce with the butter, flour and milk. Add onion, salt, pepper, mustard and cheese. Pour carrots into casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
