Wild Rice Baked In Consomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked wild rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can consomme (undiluted)
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash the rice well.
    Place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Let stand for 3 hours.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Add a little water, if rice becomes too dry.
