Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. Ritz cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve 6 tablespoons juice.
Mix sugar, flour and juice.
Stir in cheese and pineapple; mix well.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Roll cracker crumbs with 1 stick melted butter.
Put on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
Good with ham or grilled chicken.
