Tarragon Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boned chicken breasts
    5 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium red onion
    2 apples (red or green)
    1 c. white and red grapes (seedless)
    1/2 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. tarragon
    lettuce leaves
    orange segments
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop onion and apples into bite sized pieces.
    Cut grapes in half.
    Saute chicken in butter and garlic until lightly browned and cooked through.
    Use low to medium heat.
    Assemble salad.
    Cut chicken into cubes; place into large mixing bowl.
    Add onion, apples, grapes, mayo and tarragon; mix well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Arrange salad on bed of lettuce.
    Place orange segments around rim.
