Cherry Nut Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafer, graham cracker or pie crusts
    1 (No. 2) can red cherries, drained
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    10 drops red food coloring
Preparation
    Makes 2 pies or one 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Pour sugar over drained cherries; set aside.
    Prepare vanilla wafer, graham cracker or pie crusts.
