Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie crust (9-inch), partially baked
    2 or 3 eggs (can use 1 whole egg and 2 whites or a substitute)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pepper to taste
    1 c. shredded cheese (use lo-fat kind)
    1 c. chopped chicken
    1/2 c. each: onion and green pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in a little oil.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Check with knife inserted in the center.
