Chili Corn Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 cans (2 1/2 c.) tomato soup
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder to taste
    1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) kidney beans
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground meat slightly with onion and garlic in a saucepan.
    Add seasonings, soup and kidney beans.
    Cover and cook slowly for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve hot with crisp crackers and relishes.
    Makes 6 servings.
