Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, crisp, remove, put on top
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    12 oz. fresh spinach
    onions
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 hard-cooked egg, grated
Preparation
    Use bacon drippings.
    Add vinegar, water, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Boil 1 to 2 minutes.
    Pour over hot and serve.
